*$40 will be credited on your bill annually at the end of the SummerSaver season (prorated if enrolling after June 1). By enrolling, you agree to allow MidAmerican to turn up your home’s thermostat setting a few degrees when a SummerSaver event is called. This happens a few times a year during the hottest weekdays (no weekends or holidays) between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. The SummerSaver program runs from June 1 to September 30. See the list of qualifying smart thermostats. This program is only available for residential electric customers.
