Update on natural gas prices: Higher natural gas prices continue to impact monthly bills. Find out why this is occurring and what you can do to manage your bills.
We’re committed to providing business customers of all types and sizes safe, reliable energy and natural gas at some of the lowest rates in the U.S. When new service is established, every customer is placed on the most economical rate for their size and average use. MidAmerican Energy also conducts periodic audits to ensure you are on the best rate for your energy usage and needs. However, if you’re interested in exploring other rates, there are many options to consider depending on your location, the size of your meter, your usage pattern and more.

MidAmerican Energy’s gas tariffs are divided into two pricing zones. These zones are determined by geographic location of the property and do not cross over.
The easiest way to determine which pricing zone applies to your account is the name of the rate: West zone rates are lettered rates and East zone rates are numbered rates.

Which rate is right for you? For more information on any of these rates, call our Business Advantage team at 800-329-6261 Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. for a rate comparison.

All rates are subject to adjustment clauses, riders, late payment charges and qualifications. For more information about definitions and qualifications, review tariffs for your state or call us at 800-329-6261.
