Start, stop or transfer your MidAmerican Energy service anytime with our online service applications. Not sure if you live in a MidAmerican Energy service territory? Review our communities map.
If you are new to the area, complete a residential service request to schedule a time to connect gas and/or electric service at your home. Homebuilders, contractors or electricians can complete a service connection form to extend a line or establish a new service.
Business customers can complete the business service application to schedule a time to start service 24/7. Or, contact our Business Advantage team at 800-329-6261.
Log in to your My Account and select Moving from the menu to schedule a time to stop or transfer your service. If you’re updating the electric or gas service to your existing property, or moving a natural gas meter, a new service connection form will need to be submitted.
