The Neighborhood Power-Up program is a time-limited, place-based offering that works to improve the energy efficiency of homes, small businesses and multifamily housing in neighborhoods of exceptional need across Iowa and Illinois. We partner with city/community leaders and local organizations to tailor the program to each area. The program can help homeowners, renters and business owners alike reduce their energy expenses by improving the efficiency of their space with custom offerings, like free energy assessments and energy-saving items, plus enhanced discounts on energy-efficient equipment.
