Home energy reports are offered to a randomly selected group of residential customers as part of a program designed to help customers better understand their energy consumption.
These customers receive customized home energy reports throughout the year, mailed separately from monthly bills. Each report includes energy efficiency tips, an assessment of your home energy consumption and usage history to help you spot trends and find new ways to save energy and money.
If you receive home energy reports in the mail, you also have access to the online energy report portal where you can update your report profile, see more energy efficiency tips and sign up for a monthly emailed report.
Customers who receive home energy reports can call 855-212-0004 with questions or to opt out of the program. Any residential customer can get a free online home energy assessment using our HomeCheck Online tool, but customers cannot opt in to the home energy report program.
