Work from home and hybrid work options
Dependent on manager approval and if work allows, employees could work full-time from home, work a hybrid schedule (ex. three days in the office and two at home) or work a compressed schedule (ex. work four 10-hour workdays).

Group Health Plan Transparency in Coverage for Employees and Their Families
The Transparency in Coverage rules administered by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, require health insurers and group health plan sponsors to make additional cost information publicly available to employees and their families. Employees can access machine readable files with negotiated rates for in-network providers and allowed amounts derived from historical claims for out-of-network providers on the Wellmark website.
