    Are you moving?

If you are moving, or if you need to report a change in ownership of the property that is under an easement agreement with MidAmerican, please let us know so we can keep our records current and accurate. Updating us helps ensure easement payments are mailed to your correct land ownership name and mailing address.

    Keep your contact information updated

To update your information, please contact us and provide your current name, mailing address and phone number, then specify the changes and effective date. When you report changes in address or land ownership, be prepared to verify your Individual Taxpayer Number or Social Security number.

We mail annual easement payments to landowners at various times throughout the calendar year. If you are a participating landowner in multiple MidAmerican wind farms, expect those checks to arrive separately and at different times of the year as we process each wind farm on a separate schedule.
