For Business Customers in Iowa

Industrial Partners Program

Improve the energy performance of your facilities and production processes by participating in MidAmerican Energy’s Industrial Partners program.

The Industrial Partners program offers project services to program participants that are designed to assist with the identification of cost-effective, energy-saving opportunities that Industrial Partners can implement without adversely impacting manufacturing processes.

Incentives

Program participants will be eligible for the standard rebates through MidAmerican Energy’s Nonresidential Equipment Program.

To discuss immediate equipment upgrades or insulation projects, contact an advisor at 800-432-8583.

To qualify for insulation rebates, an advisor is required to measure current insulation levels prior to installation. Call 800-432-8583 to schedule an appointment. Insulation must be installed and applications must be submitted by March 31, 2019. Insulation rebates will not be available after March 31, 2019. Refer to the insulation details page for more information.

Program Qualifications

  • Participants must be nonresidential customers with facilities located in MidAmerican Energy’s Iowa service territory.
  • Transportation gas customers with daily metering are ineligible for natural gas incentives. However, customers with monthly metering under the Monthly Metered Transportation Service natural gas tariff are eligible for energy efficiency incentives.
  • MidAmerican Energy must provide the primary electricity and/or natural gas to the equipment at the facility for which the rebate is being paid.

Maximize savings with the Industrial Partners program.
