You must have or establish a Web account with MidAmerican Energy to report a power outage electronically. Selecting Log In To My Account will direct you to the log in and new user section of MidAmerican Energy’s Web site. Once logged in, select the Report a Power Outage image on the account home page.
The form consists of a series of questions regarding the nature of your electric power interruption, downed wires or other electrical service issues.
As a result of your responses, an order will be placed and service personnel will be dispatched accordingly.
