Payment Options
Checking and Savings Account Payments:
  • Schedule a single online payment for today or a future date using a checking or savings account. There is no fee, and you control when the payment is made.
  • Schedule a recurring payment using a checking or savings account. There is no fee, and the payment is withdrawn on the due date of the bill. Establish recurring payments electronically via My Web Account or by mail via a completed authorization form.
  • Log in to My Web Account or call 800-329-6261 for further information.
Credit or Debit Card Payments:
  • Western Union® Speedpay®, a utility bill payment center, accepts online or phone payments made with MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express debit and credit cards; and ATM or debit cards using the STAR, PULSE, NYCE and ACCEL networks. Western Union Speedpay charges a processing fee; however, MidAmerican Energy does not receive any portion of the fee. The Western Union Speedpay processing fee can be verified by calling 866-579-1409.

    Accessing the Western Union Speedpay link will take you to a website separate from this website and any other MidAmerican Energy Holdings Company website.
  • All payments, including pending disconnect and reconnect payments, are accepted.
  • If your payment is for a pending disconnection or reconnection of service, you must call MidAmerican Energy at 888-427-5632 with the Western Union Speedpay transaction number, which confirms the payment.
Customer Offices:
  • Payments can be made at any of MidAmerican Energy's customer offices. Customer offices accept cash, checks or money orders for full and partial payments.
Mail:
  • When mailing payments, include the pay stub from your bill, or write your MidAmerican Energy account number or service address on your check. Mail payments to:

Pay Stations:
  • A convenience fee will be charged for all transactions processed at authorized pay station locations. MidAmerican Energy receives no portion of this fee. Payments made at unauthorized locations may result in the delayed posting of the payment to your account and the inability to promptly confirm your payment. Unauthorized pay stations typically charge a fee for their service.
