Tips for using My Web Account

Create New User
Use the New User page only for the initial set up of a new Web account.
For residential accounts, enter only the last name on the account in the Last Name field.
Complete all required fields on the page before selecting Continue.
 
Enter User ID
Use at least four and no more than 12 characters.
Select any combination of letters or numbers.
Do not use spaces or symbols.
 
Enter Password
Use at least six and no more than 12 characters.
Select any combination of letters and numbers; at least one of each.
Do not use spaces or symbols.
Check your Caps Lock; passwords are case-sensitive.
     
Forgot Password?
Use the Forgot Your Password link to receive an e-mail with a new password.
Copy and paste the temporary password in the Password field.
Use the Change Password page to select the password of your choice if you want.
     
View Your Bill
View up to 90 days’ worth of bills online.
Contact us if you cannot view your bill online. Certain account conditions prevent viewing.
     
View Your Payments
View up to 24 months of payments by selecting View Payment Activity.
Check to see what payments you may have previously scheduled before you make an online payment.
You can cancel payments scheduled for a future date, but not payments made for the current date.
 
Complete Your Request
Complete all pages to process your request.
Select Confirm to complete adding a bank account, scheduling an online payment, and enrolling in APP or Electronic Billing.
Do not use the Back Arrow.
     
System Availability
Occasionally our system is unavailable for routine maintenance. We will let you know how long the system will be unavailable in a message on our Web site.
If you experience difficulty accessing our system, please try again later. The system may be unavailable for only a short period of time.
