Employee volunteers from throughout MidAmerican Energy's service territory visit classrooms to share electric safety information with students. The presentations can be modified for kindergarten through sixth grade and include:

		A 25- to 40-minute presentation.
		A standard safety message.
		An explanation of electric generation, distribution and turbine operation.
		A fun and interactive kit to demonstrate safety hazards.
		A Play it Safe Around Electricity video, starring Louie the Lightning Bug^®.
