EnergyAdvantage® For Your Home
Residential Rebates

MidAmerican Energy's EnergyAdvantage® Residential Equipment Program makes it easier for you to afford new heating, cooling and water heating equipment. The installation of new equipment can save money on energy bills and make homes more comfortable. MidAmerican customers in Iowa may qualify for rebates for each newly installed energy-efficient natural gas furnace, natural gas boiler, central air conditioner, air-source heat pump and ground-source heat pump. There is a $50 rebate for a newly installed natural gas water heater. Please check our rebate schedule to learn more about eligible equipment types, or call 800-894-9599 to see if your equipment qualifies. If you prefer, see information on EnergyAdvantage Financing through First American Bank. However, you must choose between rebates or financing.

If you're planning a purchase of or have recently purchased qualifying equipment, please print and complete our rebate application. A separate rebate application is required for ground-source heat pump purchases. For more information, call 800-894-9599.

To view the applications, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your hard drive. You can download a free copy of Acrobat Reader by visiting the Adobe Download Site.
